Over the last few years working in the health, fitness and nutrition field, I have grown incessantly frustrated by the deluge of broken promises, unrealistic quick fix solutions and exorbitant array of excuses that seem to litter the industry. One day it is this perfect diet, only to be trumped a week later by another, only to fail because you tell yourself “it’s too hard,” “you don’t have time,” “it’s too expensive.”

Really though, it’s not that you can’t or it’s too hard, it’s that you need the resources and guidance to help you. I wanted to step up and offer a sustainable solution and show you that you can do it, and that it’s not about your willpower or time management at all.
